The most life changing tip I’ve learned when it comes to chocolate chip cookies is adding apple cider vinegar. It sounds crazy but it’s 👌🏼👌🏼
I love how much cooking/baking knowledge you always share! Another reason to chill cookie dough is to let the flour hydrate, so you end up with a soft chewy cookie. Some recipes call for chilling up to 72 hours (which is my preference when I plan well enough hahahha)

This was an amazing video Remi! As a Taylor Swift stan I’m not a huge fan of the chai cookies only because they are sugar cookies and I just don’t like sugar cookies in general 😢 but those chocolate chip cookies look heavenly! I would def try making Taylor’s pumpkin chocolate chip cookies, those ones in my opinion are better than the sugar cookies
