This is very informative information hopefully someone will be helped that has a loved one with A/D.So many people think it's something that can be said or done to jolt the memory but you break it down so well.Thank you for sharing
Try reading the following books: The End of Alzheimer's by Dr. Dale Bredesen, The Alzheimer's Solution by Drs. Dean and Ayesha Sherzai, Reversing Alzheimer's by Dr. Sandison, and Memory Rescue by Dr. Daniel Amen. If you can't afford to buy them all, see if your local library has them, can get them, or will buy them if they're not in their system. As one of my alternative health teaches says...if you think you've tried everything, you haven't. Simple things like eating a healthy diet (enough calories and enough protein), being properly hydrated, and getting good quality sleep can make a difference with dementia, and a lack of those simple things can bring on symptoms of dementia, and/or make them worse. Hopefully, you're reaching out to any and all resources for being a caretaker, and for people with dementia in your neck of the woods. Best of luck, stay strong, and take care of yourself (like they say in airplanes...you need to put the oxygen mask on yourself first before you can help anyone else). ❤☮🌎
