No, not really, there is too much data to filter, that is what he was saying and Thomas Drake, they are choking on it. However, if you become a person of interest, then you are put on a list. That list is shared with DHS, FBI and CIA (if you an extremist). Looking at a video only is a small indicator, then you get on the list is when you go to the airport and make a ruckus or become part of an extremist group.
Not sure but I'd guess my views and opinions had me on a watch list years ago. No matter, I will continue to speak my mind till they kill me and frankly if this is the world we are going to be forced to endure I want no part of it!
We really need more people like Laura Poitras in this world!

Notice how Binney keeps telling the interviewer that it is bigger and more widespread than that. Well its actually just for overflow,....... it is really many magnitudes larger.......

At some point we're all targets......even those who worked with the federal government and were once in good standing with them. The governments of the world surveillance, target, hack, track, entrap and even deny us our civil rights.
I was denied a jury trial due to lying counsel here in northwest Florida in a DUI case. I was later diagnosed with cancer. I was having major health complications because of it. I've been targeted and under surveillance for over 15+ years. They managed to take my driver license, to keep me confined in my home to surveillance more, torture more with Havana Syndrome. I've been through it all.....will it ever end? Yes, when the government realizes just how vulnerable they've made themselves & their own families. I'm NOT a terrorist or a criminal, but my government seems to think I am. They make us all out to be an enemy of the state, but we aren't. I guess it takes the focus off them and how they are the ones actually violating the Constitution.

The question I would ask any surveillance agency is: Would you allow any dark unidentified powerfull activity to sell your own children's physical intimity and diminish their rights to protect it, by all means? The power has to deal with the consequences, now and in the future, related to this illegal "right of way" intrusion.
