This is how he made it (from my point of view)
    1. Show what he knew: teaching about music through free RUclips videos (no money generating there but building a community of followers overtime)
    2. Selling something to that community: making courses about music to sell (he started to make some money)
    3. Teaching people how to make money online: as he was making some money online, he made a course about it and even more people were interested on learning that
    4. Applying the 80/20 rule: he realized that most of his money came from courses about money, not from courses about music, so he focused on making the kind of courses that made him more money: the ones about how to make money!.
That's why he basically makes courses and content about money and not about music anymore.
He is a hardworking smart guy, he built his following community for years, gave away a lot of useful free content about music when he was broke, kept working and learning, improving, testing strategies, focusing on what was giving him the best results and now finally, thanks to his hardwork and right strategies, he is financially comfortable.
Does it bother you that the thing that better sell is "How to make money" content? That's not his fault, it is just what it is. Hate the game, not the player.

I invest in close-end funds that pay monthly dividends. The trick is to hold long term and reinvest the monthly dividends plus buy more shares on a monthly basis or when ever you can afford to. This can be easily done because close-end funds are bought and sold on the stock market just like regular stock. That’d be enough to create a portfolio that would pay you between $50k to $70k in dividend income

This guy has less than 40k youtube subscribers, no links to other social media on his youtube page and he says hes making over a million dollars a year while working 5 hours. If he's so good at teaching people to start and grow an online business why does he have such a small foot print on youtube. Seems a bit sketchy.

I've been making money online since 2002. (Not at anywhere near Graham's success level. He's focused. I am not. There's a lesson there, too.) Before social media, there was this thing called "email" that lots of people used. In fact, they still use it today! When you go to, say, the Kohl's website, do you get coupons from them by following them on social media, or by giving them your email address?
Social media followers aren't buyers. When I see some of the subscriber numbers for certain RUclips creators, and they share what they make, I nearly fall out of my chair, because it's pennies on the dollar of what focused, direct email marketers make with similar numbers.
By my best estimates, Graham has somewhere between 300,000 - 500,000 people on his email lists between his two businesses. And thousands of them are buyers - people who have purchased from him before, seen the value he's provided, and will buy again.
THAT is how he's doing it - just as direct sales marketers did it with mailing addresses pre-internet (look up Gary Halbert or Joe Sugarman if you're too young to remember). Smart marketers today do what's been done for nearly 150 years now. It's only the medium that's changed, not the method.

I am following Lane Sebring right now.
I have internet marketing background but got burnt out about 6 years ago,
but I have decided to teach what I know about email marketing.
    Question:
I have 2 ways to go and am not sure which road to take:
    1. Do free content and focus on selling Affiliate products to those who join my list
(My list will be grown from video content opt-ins and paid sources like other email lists.)
    2. Make a mini-course and sell it for $97, then a large course for $247 and then a membership site.
#2 looks a little overwhelming, I don't want to get burnt out again, (I'll be 72 years old in July 2nd.).
All I really need is to cover my monthly bills (about $1,800 to $2,000 monthly).
    Between offering Kajabi/Amazon products/misc. hardware/etc. = Income.

You seem like a humble guy that's been through a lot. Glad to see God has taken you to new heights and have given you a great family. Thanks for sharing and being an inspiration to others.
I like your house with the white paint and high ceilings. I have a suggestion, when it's time to replace your shingle roof, please get an all 100% Aluminum (wont rust) standing seam metal roof in white (which reflects the most heat) and you won't have to worry about hurricanes for 50-100 years.

Insightful video. I just want to know best how people split their pay, how much of it goes into savings, spendings or investments. I'm 27, and earn nothing less than $150k per year, but nothing to show for it yet

Well you really need to take investments seriously buddy. Even if you start small, trust me it will turn out to your absolute favor!!
      >> I’ll be able to explain simple ways you can break it down to knowing what to put aside for investing! Question, if you earn about 150k a year. Then approximately you earn how much every month? And how many % of your monthly payments goes to bills and other necessary amenities? I think with that answer I’ll be able to properly guide you to starting a fruitful investments journey...
