Wow, this is an amazing walkthrough, Semrush! Climbing the search engine ranking is key if you want to generate more organic clicks and sales conversion. Great video!
hi, thanks for the amazing content. two questions: 1) about topical relevance: once you find a good link to create content to increase topical relevance such as: how much does it coast a plumber in illinois, what do you do? you create an article and? 2) What about the schema you talk about the adress (missing) how to mark up the address throw schema?
Love the content, have watched all but this one, thanks!. Just a quick suggestion - there's definitely a gap RE keyword research for new businesses. From what I remember your keyword video suggested competitor analysis and 'people also asked', but is there anything else you'd recommend? Or just start there then come back and look for low hanging fruit or clustering opportunities 3/4 weeks later?
Hey Nathan, great video. Regarding the On Page SEO section 17min 40 seconds; What if a company has multiple city locations. If I select a specific keyword on the only page targeting that primary keyword such as "keyword + city+ as the meta, H1, first sentence & last, how do we rank for the other location pages? The confusion to me comes around when I want to keep the H1, etc general so the intent doesn't only target to the oned customer who's searching in that one city. I hope this makes sense!
For multiple locations, other areas of SEO will help serve this. Have a page that mentions your locations, also your Google Business Manager will either be set up for multiple locations and service areas. Link building will also help you here too, focus on localised listings as well as general business listings. Theres also blogs, which you can link to your intended page with keyword + location, especially if you're focusing on local topical questions. People, please feel free to chip in here.
Can you create a video for those of us with webshops? We can’t really write massive blog like texts. And if we sell specific products we use the same term alot like “roller blinds”
Does the website builder (like weebly, wordpress, wix, etc) have any difference on SEO? I'm trying to decide what website builder to use for my small business and I want to pick the one that will be best for SEO rankings. is there one that is better for that? or are they all equal? I am trying to decide which one to pick. thank you
Wordpress is the best for SEO. But if you want to focus on visual aspects without paying for themes, you can work with wix for example. You can rank also using wix, but Wordpress has many SEO tools and plugins, plus, Wordpress websites are loading faster and it's a big difference in SEO
Really well done with lots of great suggestions. Just one question - what is the reason why you recommend against using stock photos? They normally look much more professional, so I have to assume there's another reason?
Hey Nathan, Great video, some hidden gems in this video. Thanks a bunch. If you wouldn't mind sharing which exact chrome extension you were using to analyze the Title/Meta and H1 tags, that tool seemed super helpful! Thanks again!
Hi Nathan, Quick question. I have a brand new website. What is the route I need to go down as I don't already have key words that are ranking. Thanks for the videos :)
same question. Also, he mentions key words ranking in the top 100 but I'm not sure what he's looking at to see that, is he looking at the volume or traffic percentage?

If there are lets say 200 backlinks, and 10 of them are red toxic.
Will that hurt performance alot?
Really well done with lots of great suggestions. Just one question - what is the reason why you recommend against using stock photos? They normally look much more professional, so I have to assume there's another reason?
Good question - it's simple, they aren't unique. Thanks for the comment!
Let's do this, Nathan!

Should I do seo, run ppc ads, or both?

Some competitors in business may have hundreds of thousands of backlinks. Do we tell the client that they will not be able to rank or beat them?

Why are you using Semtush instead of Ahrefs? You've used Ahrefs in a lot of your videos in the past, and am not sure why the switch. What's going on?
Well I guess it's obvious that this is a Semrush Channel.
🔥
Right on Google SEO it specifically states "If any SEO person promises to get you #1, find somebody else" I hope your #1 click bait turns off others as much as it does myself.
