This is the first time I've crocheted anything and what i did was I made the measurements smaller and crocheted a mini cat beanie for my cat! Thank you so much!
I did this and I’ve been crocheting for almost 5 months now and I could say that, this is one of the most easiest tutorials to do if you want to really improve on your tension, and working with pieces like these. I’ve got it done within 3-4 days! (4-5 hours) :) looks really cute
this video is super beginner friendly but even as a somewhat advanced crocheter your design is one of my favorite cat hat versions! i like the level of slouchiness and i think folding one large panel in half makes it turn out super clean and cute :) simplicity is just the best sometimes!
Let me be COMPLETELY honest, I fr did NOT think I was going to be able to make this. But you made this SO easy!!! Literally, I started with this project and I've never crocheted before. I didn't even bother to check how to yarn over pull through and all. But you explained it so well! Awesome thanks so much 💗❤️
i have never crocheted anything in my life but wanted to make a hat like this and i can’t believe how great this tutorial is! you explained everything so clearly 🥺
I made my first hat!!! your instructions really helped me understand how to do everything and not get too confused.Thank you so much and i love the hat!!!
I have tried sooo many cat ear hat tutorials, and wasted too much yarn but this is the first that actually worked!!!! I’m so happy thank you so much 💖💗💗💗💞💞
I MADE IT!!! It was my first ever big project or any project. And I made it for my sister's birthday which was actually last month. THANKYOU SO MUCH for the tutorial ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I made a similar cat beanie recently! Here are some things I did to make it look better: • after making it you can’t see the cat ears as well and the placement is wrong so in order to “excentuate” the ears you can: -easy way: flip it inside out, use a safety pin to connect the two ends at the top of the beanie where you want the cat ears to start from. Flip it inside out again and then wear it. -long-lasting way: sew the circumference of the beanie together and leave behind the corners you want the cat ears to be. Hope this helps!
I decided to start crocheting over the holidays and when my cousin asked me for a cat beanie, i ended up on this yt video! It looks simple to learn and follow, i'll update as to how it goes!
this tutorial was so good! this was the first crochet project i did and i instantly made another one after! i learnt how to control the tension well since with my test pieces i kept making the chains way too tight making the whole thing more into a triangle 😂 i got confused on the slipstitches on the first beanie but the second one i figured it out. i'm definitely going to make more with this pattern, i already have a yarn waiting for the next one 😅 thank you so much!
After coming from a failed crochet project this was a success ! You were very helpful and easy to follow ! I finished it and its the cutest thing ever ! THANK YOU 🫶
You’re so amazing at teaching! I’m a beginner and I was starting off doing other basic crotchet tutorials I saw on RUclips but this cat ear beanie project was the first one I was ever able to complete!!! Thank you so much I loved how it came out I did not think it would come out the same but it did and I’m so happy 😭🤍
OMGGG just finished making this beanie AND IT CAME OUT PERFECT!!!!! thank you so much this tutorial was amazing! So easy to follow !!! i love itttttttt ❤😍
Thank you so much for making this video! I started crocheting to feel close to my mother who passed away two and a half years ago and the way you described everything was so easy to understand and follow along. Besides a simple single stitch, I haven’t crocheted at all before, but I crocheted my very first hat because of this. Thank you :)
Thank you so much for your tutorial. It is very easy to use. I finished cat ear beanie today. It's so beautiful. I used two colours. Red and yellow. It's good combination for that. My mom and dad said it's really pretty. You are a good teacher. Keep it up. God bless you ♥️
Had been trying to crochet for a long time but was failing. Gave up. Don't know how stumbled across your video. And wohoo succeeded only because of your each and every detailed instruction and methodically created video. Kudos and thank you so much. Wish I could insert a pic for proof.
GOOD TUTORIAL I'M PRETTY SURE I'M GONNA MAKE THIS RIGHT BECAUSE OF THIS TUTORIAL 😭 WAITING FOR MY YARN AND HOOK TO ARRIVE!!! ❤️❤️ I WANT TO START A NEW HOBBY 💋💋
Im really grateful in other videos they kinda went too fast and just told to slow down the videos but you didn't do that and gave instructions in an easier way 🐱❤❤
I just made this! Usually I hate slip stitching to attach or close up crochet projects since its bulkier, but it really helps the ears stick up in this certain project! I'm glad I went with it anyway ^^ I'm definitely not a beginner, but if this WAS my first project then I 100% think I could follow this super easily back then. Super good tutorial! And I appreciate that this cat beanie is different from the rest ^^ Such a nice texture to it :3
I love this tutorial! such a gorgeous hat with only one type of stitch for the most part! I finished mine and i Love it!! I used a thicker yarn and measured it and worked based on my head measurement, it was so easy! im realy happy!
I tried crocheting for the first time. I could made ideal cat ear beanie for my favorite stuffed animal. Thank you for your quite understandable video:)
i finished this in 2 days but got the measurements half an inch off and now it’s too big 😭 but it’s so cute and i gifted it to my friend. she loves it so much. this tutorial is rlly gud :)
Very easy to follow for a beginner like me. This is my very first crochet project! It took me roughly 3 days to complete. For the chain, I did 20 inch ( about 51cm) - same as suggested, It can be a little bit longer if you would like to fold it more. For the rows, in total it is about 26cm for me, it was suggested to be half the length of your head measurement, but I made it a bit smaller instead of 28cm, because it is stretchy, I don't want it to be too lose on my head.
im a beginner at crochet and i love how you explained each step of the process so well!! tysm for this, now i have a cat beanie that i absolutely adore! 🙏🙏
So I’ve never crocheted before and decided to give this a try. And failed 😂 I think I need to use different yarn, so I’ll be giving it a second go! Regardless, I picked up on the technique fairly quickly and I really enjoyed the process 🫶🏻
GIRL TYSM GIRL! THIS IS THE FIRST EVER THING I’VE DONE WITH YARN AND HOOK. BRO IT LOOKS SO CUTE AND ADORABLE. AND WHAT’s MORE SHOCKING, I. ME. I MADE IT. 😭😭😭❤️❤️🫶🏼

First of all, your voice is so soft, it is so peaceful to follow your instructions; second of all, I'm so happy of the result, your explanations were on point, thank you so much, it is my first well-made project and I'm so happy ! 🌷(cuz the real first project I made is so ugly, but it made my whole family laugh so it was worth it)

So happy it helped! Thank you for watching💖
It's the same with me, I've watched a lot of videos and understood nothing but here I understood everything, Thank you!
Wow I suck
The part in the beginning where you use the bumps to do the next chain I'm not sure if it's a bumps or not
@@marianavalentina-jm7hw if it's easier you can crochet into the front of the chain. It it just my personal preference to work into the bumps:)
you are so good at teaching 😭😭🙏
