Perfect! I wasn’t sure of the code I’d entered into my RGU when I bought it and was able to confirm my memory was right. But I also bought a 2012 Heritage from an older gentleman who was retiring from riding last summer and didn’t know the security code.
I never thought to ask him for his security code and was unable to get in touch with him afterwards when I thought of it.
Using your video I was able to confirm he’d never created one and it was in fact still at the factory default. So I just created one.

Few years back, accidentally left fob in the garage, buddy came to my rescue, but I know now how to start bike if fob was lost, or broken.

@@TheMilitaryBiker I found out on the 07-2013 it’s click the ignition switch (not the run switch) off to on 3 times then 3 times on the left turn signal then one time on the right turn signal.
what on earth is that red light under your right hand speaker (where the charge port is) ?

Can you change the pin if you do not have your key fob?
Great question, i doubt it very much. Kinda defeats the idea of the pin.
Any experts out there on the system on a 2003... cant figure out how to change pin and I do have the push button fob... Ive tried all the on of left turn variations out there.. but no matter what I do the number does not come up... any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

@@TheMilitaryBiker Master switch “off/run” acts as ignition and master switch. Momentary start is under the hazard lights on the switch directly to the left.
I called Harley and it is a 3,2,1. 3 run off run, 2 left blinker, 1 right blinker. Took like 6 times for it to take.
The “ignition” is only used for fork lock
It isn’t 3 times run off run. Just Run off run, 2 left blinkers, 1 right. Tried to edit it and wasn’t able to. Just so guys don’t toggle the master switch 9 times.
