Nice selection for the month. I think the Sport will end at the top. Next, I think the Prelude will be #2. I haven't decided on the rest, yet. Another tough month for ranking, Garry. I thought perhaps a couple of hooded nibs pens would have made the list.
For some reason I think I prefer smaller nibs. Perhaps because it is easier to see what you are doing? At the end of the month I will be anxious to hear about any practical difference you detect in the use of small nibs, both positive and negative.
I have the Black forestForest in Black but don’t use it often, probably due to the fine nib. I also have the Kaweco Spot in my pocket every day, all day. Thanks for the video.
Yeah, I ended up abandoning the wooden Conklin All-American that I have, I pulled out he nib and now use that in other pens. I've ended up swapping the nib on the C3 and that has made a big difference.
It's onen of those that I have to fight with. When I was at school there was someone named Schaeffer - even though that was years ago my brain insists that it is the spelling to use.
I cant help but find it amusing that your in winter down under and thus sweater. Its been 105 F here in Texas. Always enjoy your videos.
I know what you mean.
The best part is if I was still living in the UK I'd think these are warm temperatures, whereas here I feel freezing cold.

I didn't think about hooded nibs when I was prepping this. I may bring one in as the month progresses.

So far I've been quite enjoying them. I think a lot of the issue is down to how I hold my pens.

I rarely use the black forest as well due to the same thing. When I do I do quite enjoying but it's not a pen I naturally reach for.
Have you ever given up on a pen, like the Majohn? I haven't; exactly; although I have a Conklin that I don't use anymore.

Just one question... It's SHEAFFER or not? I mean the spelling !!
When I write it is both depending on the day. LOL Sitting here now I don’t know which is correct without looking it up.
@@Rgc571when I write Scheaffer it is SCHAPHIR! Go Phigger.
