Guys I know who play Vegas reverse the losers score if the winners get a birdie so if it’s a par 4 and team A’s: score was 34 (3 was a birdie) and team B got a 45 (1 par 1 bogey) it actually flips to 54 so it’s a 20 point diff not 9. Money got big in those games.
Would have been nice to hear about Holy Molly, scotch game, and variations on how the team gets determined. For example the two players on the left play the two players on the right on each hole... I love this stuff!
What happens on the course, stays on the course. Gambling is generally prohibited most places but the small stuff is usually ignored. The only time gambling is really legal is when the government is getting their cut.
We love the "Flip the Bird" option on Vegas - whereby the winners' birdie makes the losers' "low-to-high" score get flipped - can be costly!
