  • On this trip, Kirk & Darren tent camp at Swansea Ghost Town (an abandoned historic copper mining town that operated in the early 1900s) located 37 miles off HWY 95 from Parker Arizona, not far from Lake Havasu. Learn about the history of Swansea & its troubled past in a fun and entertaining way.
For this adventure, we made a pit stop at Arizona and Swansea Railroad Midway Point from Bouse before making a quick stop at the Swansea Train Depot. Our UTV of choice is the Can-Am X3, but this off-road adventure is doable in any 4x4 vehicle with decent ground clearance.

This is my new favorite RUclips channel.
I spent the 60's, 70's, and 80's at Parker and Havasu water skiing and off roading.
Some of my greatest memories are from that area.
Thank you guys for such a wonderful job with this. My dad would always take the time to teach us kids the history of the places we off roaded to and we never forgot.

Just watched your Swansea Ghost Town video best one yet Darren I like all the pop-ups and sending Kirk down in the cage was really cool how you did that and bring him up with some rocks and also I like the little in car where you swipe the comments out-of-the-way that cracked me up

I milled the lumber used in the restoration of the employee housing. It was from pine trees killed by bark beetles in the San Jacinto Mountains of California.
Great video, thanks for the history lesson!

We used to live in Yuma, AZ…loved the off road SXS action. You really need to check out the Barry Goldwater Range….great camping and sites to visit out there….run the Camino El Diablo….awesome for a sxs!

Love your videos and really don't mind the narrated history lesson. I love that you are wanting to share the track and thank you for that! Unfortunately, Gaia says I don't have permission to view.... any ideas why? I'm able to view your tracks on the other days....Thanks!

Your videos are well done however, the videos that have been most watched were more about the OFF-ROAD journey with your dad and less about the history of the locations and rocks. Just some feedback. I like your stuff!
