Hi John. I always enjoy these videos, as it shows great cards and what they are going for. Thanks for sharing and all the legwork you do putting these together. Talk soon my friend.

Lot of hard work goes into these and you deserve recognition for that work. Thanks for doing these!

Thanks for compiling and sharing, John. First time I can remember team cards making your top ten lists and ironically, both are the Boston Red Sox.

Same here. I didn't check to see if it was possibly the same buyer of both team cards since as you mentioned, both were of the Red Sox. Always interesting to see which cards make up the Top 10 each month.

That’s what I like about doing these videos. Seeing all those great cards usually in really nice condition.

These are definitely cards I would buy. Been on a 1941 Playball run.. Lefty Gomez and Red Ruffing just added ❤❤

Unless I hit the lottery, I wouldn't be able to pick them up in those grades. But I'd definitely love to own copies in much lower grades that fit my budget. I do have a 54 Topps Williams that's a BVG 7 though. And I really like the 41 Play Ball set. Don't have any in my collection yet though.

There are definitely a lot of very wealthy people in the hobby. A Red Sox team card for over $3000 is insanity!

I was just thinking to myself there must be more millionaires than I thought

Yes there are. Granted it was a PSA 10 copy and the only PSA 10 copy. But that's a serious 1956 Topps collector or Red Sox collector right there.

Enjoyed as always & glad to see Reggie 2×. I dont have the Reggie 71OPC. Both team cards were Red Sox. Red Sox collector? Why so much on the 1st one?? Pete in demand. Take care.

Thanks Mike. Could be. I think the 56 team card went for so much is that it the only PSA 10 graded copy. If he competes on the PSA registry, that's the copy to have for that card.
