Very sweet young lady and seems as though she is enjoying her photography adventure! I, too, like the restaurant shot very much. Keep on shooting, and I have subscribed to you're you tube channel!! Paul C.
Great videos and photos! i live close to Amsterdam since 2013 digital with Nikon most D700 now. Recognized the building (Brookfield place) 20 years ago also took a photo of it with 30 dollar olympus mju ii film camera. That was a super holiday grtz
If you want to shoot long exposures without holding the button, switch the exposure wheel to B, then also switch the shutter button to self-timer. Now when you press the shutter you can let go and it will remain open until you press again. This can also be done with the remote shutter cable. It is also known as T mode.
thank you for your comment! i think i’d be too scared of accidentally moving the camera during the long exposure with my finger, but that is definitely an alternative if i choose to do so!! thank you 😊
Hi there Jaycie! I loved those beautiful photos 😍 I have the opportunity to get one of these at a good price. A year later, are you still happy with it? do you still recommend it?
As an alternative for the original (or replacement) strap lugs, you may want to look into straps that attach to something that goes into the tripod mount socket. There are tons of options for this and it can be both very affordable and comfortable.
Great video! I just picked up a 645 Pro TL and I’ve been testing it out. What setting do you find yourself shooting on the most? I think I’ve been keeping my prism on the middle auto setting, too
Hello! I have a Mamiya 645 Pro as well and I'm having a hard time finding straps/lugs for it... Can you recommend some straps/lugs thats gonna fit my 645 Pro? Thanks!
you really nailed that shot inside the cafe. planning to replace my broken bronica and my 1st option was contax 645 but that staggering price tag gonna burn my account to the ground 😂 its either this or the pentax 645n. presumably pentax 645n is a tad smaller than mamiya?
thanks so much!! and ah yes the contax is always so expensive aha. i think the pentax 645n is a bit smaller than the mamiya! if size is your concern then that’s what i would go for
Great shots! Really love the first one of the ice skater :) How do you digitize the negatives? I used to shoot more medium format but ever since my lab guy’s noritsu scanner broke I don’t shoot as much. Love the medium format look and square format :)
thank you so much! i scanned with the epson v550 with silverfast and negative lab pro. i hope you get around to shooting medium format soon, it’s so much fun to shoot! ☺️

I am really enjoying and inspired from your perspective recently. I think you’re already a artist. I will keep watching the works here from Korea.
ah thank you so much!! i really appreciate your kind words 🥰💛 would love to shoot in korea one day

I have the 1000s and love it. My favorite two lenses are the 75-150 and the 55-110 as long as you don't need a fast lens.
Love the shot inside the restaurant, cool to see you pick up a mamiya 645!
thank you so much! excited to take this camera out more soon!

Nice pics & vid, Jaycie! Sad to hear you sold your TLR, but looking forward to what you’ll do with this one for sure 😆
ah thank you bon! sad to see the TLR go too, but very excited to see the images i make with the mamiya :)

Love the big hood on the lens 😌
LOL it's too much fun to play with
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
I love these shots!! 🥰 Just subbed! Also, what strap are you using?
hey! thank you so much!! this strap is the thic boy mini from fieldwork company 😊
@@jaycielinh thanks Jaycie!! :)
Great video! Just one thing, you can get the fungus off of small and medium format lens components by soaking them in hydrogen peroxide.
thank you! i tried that, but the fungus etched the glass so there was nothing i could really do about it 😅

I also really like using the Kodak Portra 400. I prefer to overexpose the film at ISO 200. How do you expose this film?

7:24,that red dot is Shutter button LOCK so you cant take accidental pictures, same as on my Mamiya 645 1000s.
That light leak at 1:47 actually looks cool af. The 645 acc looks beautiful asf idk why ppl call it an ugly camcorder,,,
thank you!! and do people call it that?? this camera is nothing short of beauty 😌
My dwindling supply of 400H is sweating watching this video
LMAO funnily enough i have more 400H than portra
Too much noise, ig.
