I have mine since eight months now and the more I get to know the camera the more I like it. I think the compromise between a real rangefinder and the results is genius. The only thing I miss is a 35 mm lens with a more consistent AF than the one Fuji has in its 35 f2. But ok this is crying on a high level. I hope there will be an xProIV one day. Leica sets the Innovation pace with the M11 three sensors in one. Having the possibility to tame noise in extreme low light situations, cool. Very smart. For a modern Version I would pay up to 2k in Euro… I see many situations where I choose the X-Pro-II over my analog M6… digital has in many situations only advantages … ❤

Your voice kind of reminds me of ‘Marcel the Shell with Shoes On’ and I mean that in a good way.

How did I miss this! X-Pro 2 was peak, I hope if they do make the X-pro 4 more like an upgrade to this than the 3rd 🙈 Awesome shots! My fav is the birb at 4:21. The b-roll were just as juicy as the photos too 😌 Great to see more stuff from you as always!

The world is an amazing place and the gift of life that we share is incredibly short. Embrace it, enjoy it and please find someone to share it with. THEN it all starts to make sense.

I totally disagree on your comment on the bad low light performance.. that noisy handheld shot of the petrol station translates to f6.75 & ISO 18.000 in full frame terms If you consider this, I must say the quality is nothing else but impressive

I also shot with a x pro 2. Love my camera. Over up from the x100t. Btw your photos you displayed were excellent. Thank you for sharing.

I use this camera along with an X-Pro3 and the now sold XT-5. The X-Pro2 is my go-to camera with the 33mm, 18mm, and 90mm. Never getting rid of this camera along with the original X100.

lovely video i just went and changed the xt5 camera to the x-pro2 camera and i couldn't be happier and love photography again 😊(xt5 felt like a "toy" compared to x-pro2)

NOW....IF YOU WERE TALKING ABOUT THE XPRO1, I WOULD AGREE! TO ANYONE READING THIS....I SAY GET THE XPRO2 - IS HIGHLY WORTH IT! I HONESTLY FEEL THAT THE XPRO2 IS THE BEST OF ALL 3!!! Hey super cool video, recently got a pro 2 and yeah, its absolutely incredible

XPro 2 makes beautyfuel videos after update. I use it for family and work and it works flawlessly.

You make a really important point about intentionality. A benefit and downside to digital is having every focal length from 16-500 and no real limitations but when you make a choice it’s easier to approach the film experience by slowing down and being decisive or choosing limitations that will force you to be creative. Also something we need to often relearn sometimes.

the only camera that beats this is the xpro3 with the xf 27mm pancake... also in dura black

Very well done!!! 👏 👏 👏 The X-Pro series are the cameras that are very close to my heart, my love with Fujifilm started with the X-Pro1 back in 2012, unfortunately it was out of my reach for a first camera and I couldn’t justify paying sub-$2000 for a camera and I had just started.. Ironically though, I got the X-Pro1 after getting the X-Pro2 and 3, but until today, selling both X-Pro1 and 2 are my biggest regrets!!!!! Both are truly magical cameras!!!

3 batteries? I get over 1000 images on 3 batteries. That’s a weeks roadtrip.

I've been shooting with the Xpro 2 since it came out today it's still my main stills camera and likely will be for a few more years to come. The low light issue you mentioned can now be fixed using Lightroom AI denoise. I'm shooting 12800 and printing 25x25 and to my eye it looks about iso 1600 so it's removing about 2-3 stops of noise without any negatives. I am mostly shooting BnW though so there might be some issues with colour idk.

I own and shoot with the xpro 3 and agree. People were shooting great work long before all the computer camera mega pixel stuff we have today.

I love my X-Pro2. I bought it when the X-Pro3 was announced and got one of the last new-in-the-box cameras, so I have been the only owner, which means no suprises. I never shoot video, so the stills quality is my only criteria and the X-Pro2 delivers.

The Fuji X-Pro 2 is one of the best cameras Fuji has ever made, in my opinion. I've owned mine for years and it's still my go-to camera. No camera is perfect, but if you can overlook its flaws, the X-Pro 2 captures amazing images. 24 megapixels are more than enough for most photographers, especially those who never print their work. You could easily print a 20" x 30" photo without any issues. This is definitely my forever camera. Thanks for sharing and great photo's
