It's a 2 megabit MMC3 game with battery back-up. That battle music is so annoyingly abrasive. The neatest thing about this is the clever way the race section has the different tracks moving at their own speeds so that it gives an illusion of depth. We've seen plenty of pseudo-parallax scrolling on the system, so this isn't too special, but it is using about 8(?) different "layers," simple as they are.
Comparing this to Kamen Rider Club, it was a step up, though by not much. RPG + board game doesn't seem to mix well in this game, and this really felt like a cheap cash-in, something Bandai is going to be like in 1993.
Imagine if there was a Biblical RPG that is set in the modern world where you battle with the devil and his minions and you can summon angels to help you aside from using weapons as well which is very similar to Akuma Kun ‼️
SD stands for Super Deformed, not Standard Definition. SD is the generic label for the cartoony version, with "deformed" big heads and small bodies, in contrast to the normally proportioned originals.
Kamen rider but with a board game-esque playfieid and RPG battles? didn't have that on my bingo card.

"Cheap cash-in games" was been the mission statement of Bandai's video game division from the start right up until they bought Namco.

Super deformed games are cool, my favorite, Syd of Valis.
This looks both irritating and marvelous 😅
