    Resistance bands give you a great workout. I bought a set of thick and tubing styles. Very good resistance and feel the contractions better than free weights. Always looking for variety of exercises to do.Even though I’ve been working out for 35 years you never stop learning . Be humble and keep learning . John is the best when it comes to getting information out there especially to Natural lifters. He has a lot of knowledge and I appreciate him sharing it .

    Solid workout I just followed this. Similar bands and frequency. I couldn't fit the car in my apartment. I will try that next time. 😂

    I feel like bands are a must. I'm lucky enough to have a bench, curl bar and dumbells. Of course the weights too. I do all the major lifts and supplement with the bands. Bands allow you to develop a great mind/muscle connection. They help save your joints too. Fire!!

      @@overnightavenger1470 I saw the Stiff Leg Deadlift & Bent over rows, but not the deadlift (like when you have the ban under your feet). Maybe because they are similar and there's no point of including both in the video :)

    Hey JM,
    Long time subscriber, love the show.
    Q: once again in my circle, the topic of "over developed front delts" has popped up. The argument of pushing exercises compounded by front delt exercise is causing over development and a waste of time.
    I however argue, that pulling exercises (which I put just as much work into as pushing, pound for pound , rep for rep) compounded by rear delt exercise will cause "equal effect".
    In closing, I'm trying to justify my front delt raises lol.
    What's your stance?
    Highly respect your opinion

      Yeah but rear delts actually gets a little attention from most pulling exercises

      it depends on what is developing the most and how the balance is.most are front dominant..i prefer extra rear work personally

      You can't be "Rear delt dominant". It's one of those muscles I've NEVER heard someone say they're too big or too developed. It's impossible, pretty much. It's not like biceps or chest, that can look out of proportion. You could do Rear delt exercises until the cows come home and it'll never look bad like a massive front delt does, or it'll not make your rear delts overtake back exercises, like an over dominant front delt can overtake in pressing exercises.

    Try those ‘banded shrugs’ with palms inward and bent/flared elbow (I call them crab curls). This is bicep peak focus (pause when hands at armpits) but that 15% lean gives awesome rear felt/trap also. Then super with much lighter ‘waiter curls’. If you do a push/pull/ leg split this is a great finisher

    Nice workout. I just wish that elitefts would stock up on bands. I’ve been trying to order a pair of red ones for the past 2 weeks and there is nothing in stock. I have the orange, silver, and blue but having 2 reds would help a lot

    Alexander’s trick was awesome! I can’t do the advanced car pull at this time😂 Besides I have a pickup. However, I can do an advanced go-cart pull, or I could until my son said no. But I could really do it!💪🏼😂😂
