Ankalea dodged this fight and didn’t take short notice. He was the very 1st one asked and he tried to force Poatan to wait until Oct-Nov to fight him in Abu Dabui but UFC said fight or they’ll move on and he said no. Poatan fights every 3 months and in this case 2 1/2 months and he’s the champ at 36 so he wants to fight regularly and the contender accepts the terms or not. Yes Ankalea’s in the mix but his last 3 he’s got a draw, what should be a DQ loss for the illegal foul on Walker and a win against Walker. There’s more than 1 reason they HAVE to fight in Abu Dabui. Poatan and Jiri are true Warriors 💯☝️🤔
