    It’s a lot easier to build up a self-service business and add sales later, than build a sales driven business and add a self-serve business later. (Need to look into the business if is top-down or bottom-up decision from customer end, sometimes top down is harder to do self-serve)
    Sales-driven business usually their entire financial forecast will based on sales rep. hiring quota and attainment. If add product-led at the time, the growth will slow down, unless you have the DNA in that otherwise it is really hard to add.
