I recently discovered you on youtube. I love how versatile and unique your yoga classes are. I have a slightly injured hand and some pain neck on the one side and after days of abstaining from yoga, this class was the perfect one to resume my practice. Thank you! Hello. I've been doing your classes and I feel great after each class. Thank you for that. May I suggest a few things: I hope the audio can be done seperately when doing your excercise. Also, I hope instructions for the next excerise can be verbalized after the current excercise, its quiete confusing and disrupts the current excecise that is being performed.
Hi Kaylie, wondering about your personal thoughts on breathwork and people with congestive heart failure (where their lungs have a lot of fluid in them). I don't have this condition but know the breathwork has helped me with running and other endurance activities and just wondered if it would help people with CHF. Not looking for a medical opinion just curious if your research has mentioned anything.
