Hi Nate: There are many things to love about this home starting with the recessed entry to protect from elements, the foyer, the exhaust hood over the stove (thanks for pointing out the need for a pot filler at the stove), the corner pantry and the space for a freezer in the utility room. The master bathroom is however a deal breaker for me. No matter how elaborate the shower, a tub in the master bath is a non-negotiable essential. Not bad on the price point and it could work if they added a tub option for the master bath and separated the toilet a bit. Thanks for the tour!
Needs wood shelves, and extend the living room hall wall to come even with the foyer. Provides more privacy to the guest bath from the living room/dining-kitchen areas. My preference is to drop/eliminate the fire place entertainment center. I need the third wall. The kitchen is great. I like the master shower but, no seat at the back end and no place to put your soaps and shampoos. All in all a great floor plan and about as big as I personally would go. My personal size is 28 or 32 wide and 48-56 long.
I like this home Alot. Even though it is "standard" it's really nice. The only thing I really didn't like bout this home was there's no storage in the bathrooms! I'm the type of person that tries to stock up on stuff because it saves me more money in the long run that way and there needs to be some type of storage in the bathrooms. That's my opinion anyways :) Thanx for another great tour Nate!
I have to say not a bare bones model nor a well-equipped home but it does have finished sheetrock and to me is a plus, the kitchen is nice, but I prefer the microwave lower and I think I would have pot n pan drawers on both sides of the stove.
This would be the perfect home for someone like myself and my wife. Really like the way they setup the home entertainment system in the living room. Great job on the video.
Dang, I was in Billings just last week and stopped over at Big Sky Homes and don't know how I missed seeing this home. Anyway did you make it over to Majestic Homes? Saw one over there that I liked also.
This is a very cute house, just NOT a fan that the primary suite is right in the kitchen!!! I DO NOT want to smell tonights cooked dinner all night. But overall, I do think it is a very cute house, for a smaller house....
Hello Nate. Very good video! For anyone that is Under 5'1" that Microwave is too high! Unless they can climb on a stool, which I can not do. I'm barely 5 ft tall so no way could I reach into that microwave. You could have them switch it and the cabinets immediately underneath it. You switch them around and the microwave would be at the perfect height! And you're right, you would need a Pot Filler above the cook stove! But I'm not going to say anything else about the house because there's a Deal Breaker for me, a couple of them actually. There's No Back Door where you can build a Garage! The Utility Room should be on the back or side of the house so you'd have a back door! It being right next to the Living Room makes it hard to put a "back door" in it. But of course, the main deal breaker for me is that There's No Where for Grandma's China Cabinet! The only wall in the Dining Room is in the hallway! I can't put the China Cabinet there. I did watch the whole video, Nate, and there would be things I'd change, as usual. But no need to go through all of them with the main Deal Breaker there. See you next time. God bless y'all, Nate!

I don't like the shakers, that's old fashion and should stay in the past. The cab I'm not fond of. Master bathroom is a disappointment in size but I will say it's a nice home.

I was there aabout 6 weeks ago and filmed most of the stuff they have there.
The only thing I didn't like was no window in the master bathroom.

I love the flooring. Pantry is bigger than I thought. There's not a lot going on, but you have everything you need.
