Ingredients for Kothimbir Vadi
बेसन - Gram Flour - 1 cup (100 grams)
चावल का आटा - Rice Flour - 1/4 cup
दही - Curd - 1/4 cup
अदरक - Ginger - 1 tsp, grated
हरी मिर्च - Green Chilli - 1 tsp, chopped
धनिया पाउडर - Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
हल्दी - Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
लाल मिर्च - Red Chilli - 1/4 tsp
नमक - Salt - 1 tsp
चीनी - Sugar - 1 tsp
तेल - Oil - 1 tbsp
जीरा - Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
तिल - Sesame Seeds - t tbsp
हींग - Asafoetida - 1 pinch
मूगफली - Peanut - 1/2 cup, roasted
हरा धनिया - Coriander Leaves - 2 cup, chopped
