We have an opportunity to operate in excellence because of who our Source is. My challenge to you today is to not leave before it is time. Seek the Lord and follow HIS timing. Chrystal you are so right. Don't move until God says move. That's how I've done it over the years which got me ready for a test. I worked for a company that hot sold. I went under a manager that didn't like me and didn't like her. She kept me from moving anywhere in the company for years. I applied for 42 positions. I cried out to God and He wouldn't answer my prayer to move me. I FINALLY decided to work for God and not her. I was determined to be her best employee. I became her best trainer and achieved a "exceeded all categories" on my evaluation which she hated to give it to me. One day God impressed on me to check on a former coworker I had trained who'd move to another department. She was no longer there but had moved to a newly opened department. She said I'd been on her mind & she wanted me to apply for an open position. I was the only one they interviewed because I was exactly what they were looking for. When God decided to move me, it was within the company and my manager had no idea until it was a done deal. She couldn't stop the move. It was God's doing once I decided He was my employer and not my place of employment. After 4 years I decided to retire & He fixed it so at 69 I work 4 days a month. Just something to do. He's still my employer and I love my job!
Wanda, thank you for your encouraging testimony. I remember my husbands preaching a sermon, “I quit my job which spoke to the truth that as christians we work for God not the company. Everything we do should be a reflection of this truth. So happy you caught the lesson and the blessing👍🏾😀

Have always worked hard, given my all on every job, very strong work ethic. Gave, gave and gave. Had no raise, worked at company for 9 years, no insurance and very little support. After 9 years I was laid off, given 1 month severance. I thank God that in that time I had a side hustle that I loved. Now, I have clarity and it feels good to do for others and see joy doing it. My years on that job were so toxic but God still gave favor, protected and provided for my financial needs. I believe right now is my season. Continuing to walk with God for guidance and sharing my skills and testimony with others. HE gets all the glory. I’m just the seed.
Chrystallllllllllllllll!!!! This message was IT! Right on time I tell ya. I was online looking for another job bc my current job is basically a zoo. very disorganized w/ high turn over. As I was looking up other positions I had the thought “stay put” to which i told God was THEE most ridiculous idea ever. That was a month ago. But I stayed put and just last week I received a *sizable* raise out of no where. This here is an on time word!!🌟🌟

OK Chrystal, I'm serving notice and jumping ship on a job that I've been in for over just a year. It's been mentally breaking and affected my family life. HOWEVER while searching for a new job I prayed for God to help me find a work place that I can put roots in. So I'm taking this learning as preparation for the job I start next month.

You have NO Idea how much I needed to hear this! I am going to keep this short and straight to the point…
By the Grace of God I’m turning 62 next year, purchased my first home 2 years ago , and I’m single so I had no one to take and shake me back into reality. While vacationing with my daughter I find out that our team is being transferred over to another company. I had been with this Company for 32 years so I felt betrayed , not to meant there were going to be ALOT of changes, We will be Paying for benefits. And there’s no guarantee of a pay increase the following year. I was on the biggest emotional roller coaster of my life!!!
Sitting and listening to you talk .Finally a person of sound reasoning GODLY REASONING . I felt like fresh oxygen was being administered to me…. I could finally breath again… I felt that we were in Starbucks chilling with a cup of tea and I expressed to you that I had decided to retire early which means I can’t even apply for Medicare. I Admit my decision was totally running on emotions. I had not thought anything out all I knew was that I wanted out !!!
Did I talk to God about it !! No I talked “at” God. Which is why I believe He directed me to you… Don’t Quit- Keep going and grow.
I am sure God was like “ look at my silly child. Let me connect her to her Sister Crystal, so she can talk some sense in her silly head “😂
These key points
1. Don’t get out of line if I jump too soon I lose out.
2. The idea of leaving left me with an anxious feeling.
3. This was going to be a thorny road because I had not received Gods “Yes” so the journey was going to be rough.
4. Grow where You’re a planted
5. Stay planted until God says your time is up !
Well I’ve I am very happy to say I made an appointment with a financial advisor to sit down with me to make sure I am making sound decisions with my investments, so that when the Lord says my time is up. I will be financially set.

Thank you Chrystal. I wish I seen this video months ago but I recently quit my job because I was tired of it and the environment suck. But this video taught me that I got distracted and I should’ve waited on God.
I have been working in accounting and bookkeeping for 38 years now with covid I have been working both as a w2 employee and as an consultant. Well after all these years an employer hire me at 6 figures and today another company is reviewing another contract at 60k a year. I can't tell you how much a blessing and how much I have given up just to get to this point. GOD has been so faithful 🙏 I can remember crying in the lady room asking God when and finally I am seeing when I know it's possible for me after 30 plus years you are so right ✅️
When you have had a bad day, and Chrystal reminds you of all the reasons why and then some.
I am watching this a year later, but it is so timely for me. I know the Lord allowed it to pop up as I feel like I should be moving to a new state, and I have been so worried about the how to's and what to do's - meanwhile I know He will provide and provide divine direction. Thank you for this! I have received a city finally, but now the work housing and telling family that may not agree ... I am trusting and blooming where I am already planted until He says go!
This was so on time a prophetic word I needed to hear. It was for me. I'm working on my bachelor's degree @ age 54 because I goofed off in my earlier years in college. Over the weekend I have just said maybe I should just quit. Even though I prayed about this at least 6 yrs ago and I know God opened the door for it through my husband's military GI Bill but because I was getting distracted and not being focused and other things I became discouraged. This has just reminded me I am not a quitter but more than a conqueror through Christ. Blessings to you WOG!
Keep going! Do not quit! Learning is ageless. God has you and will give you the strength to complete your degree. 🙂

This crazy GOD is preaching to me today!
This is valuable information. I have been praying for God to help me make a decision with my investment and this is a timely word.
After a grueling search, in this inflated crazy market, I'm finally under contract on my 1st home. Set to close Dec/Jan....on Tuesday I quit my job. Everything that should make sense says "what in the world are you thinking." I've been trying ro talk myself into staying In that toxic environment for months now. I'm finally seeing the finish line and bam couldn't go anymore. Best paying job I've ever had, but I couldn't stay a moment longer. I feel such peace and at ease. When I try to start worrying an unexplainable peace won't let me. Things may not work out on my house now but I know I'll be okay. Praying that my move wasn't out of God's timing and if so He forgive me for my error and grace me through it.
@Bloom your story is like mine..home under contract, holding on to toxic job with good pay and ready to quit. Boss has multiple written up compliants from many workers present and past. Great teaching but it's not for those that's in such situations. I'll hang there awhile hoping n praying for change.

I found you on RUclips last night as you popped up in my feed. And I thank God. I needed so much to hear you say these things. Can so relate (55:05) - wandering. I turned 50 this year also and was shocked by it. Like I didn't know how old I was? Lol. I feel like I am FINALLY coming into my calling. The lessons I have learned along the way now are also to help others in the body to not waste time! The things I needed were right in front of my face throughout my life. I am now intentionally living not to miss the things now that are right in front of my face. I went back and got my master's at 43, finishing up at 45. I am now finalizing my full license as a therapist. God is now once again changing my course to expand and begin teaching, ministering, and coaching others after working 5 years as a therapist. Scary to do this at 50. Getting off at the port is tempting because things look sketchy on the ship. I can't see exactly where I'm going. But I am staying with the ship!! All I hear is, "Keep going... Stay the course... It will be worth it." Thank you again! You are a treasure and a blessing. Although I just found you, what a blessing your family has been to me through the years. Solid. God richly bless you, your family, and your ministry!!

This resonates with me right now. God my Counsellor made me understand exactly what you are saying. I am serving God in my current job and waiting for God to release me. In the meantime, I am working on what he placed in my heart to do. That deep acknowledgement of God's purpose is there however God is preparing me for my provision.
