I thank the Lord for this. I don't think I've come across your channel before but I'm thankful I clicked this video. I've been struggling with insomnia for a few weeks now. Dealing with some fears related to it all. Thank you for the reminder to keep casting our cares to the Lord. Sometimes I think when I pray or others pray to the Lord about it, I should be good, but then I still struggle with sleep at times. I'm going to continue to keep casting these anxieties/worries to the Lord trusting and believing He will heal and restore my sleep.
