@@henrydupuis5648 there was 1 video I seen that was all about the Royal Guards since they are not allowed to take breaks that said that, but hopefully they changed that rule since then cause everyone knows holding it in would destroy your kidneys and liver

This video did get things wrong, guards aren’t some elite force you need to be picked for, they’re just normal infantry regiments you apply to when joining the army. The regiments just cycle between public duties which is the guarding and Normal army stuff
