I want to walk into a store and buy actual Nespresso pods, not just Starbucks pods. Because i can't, and because of how expensive it is to order then on the Nespresso website, i had to completely give up on Nespresso. Too difficult to easily buy them. They claim to be "customer centric" but I don't see how that's the case at all.
As I am waking up to my favorite coffee: Nespresso! Great company and product. I do miss the bar where you could taste test cups of coffee while shopping. But now I only go in store to drop off pods to recycle and pick up new bags to ship them back directly to you all then I go about my business. Now I only purchase my pods from Amazon for the connivence. My favorite is the dark roast. I added a figurine of Macho Man Randy Savage sitting on my Nespresso machine pointing up towards where I keep my cream and sugar. I giggle when I drink my “cup of coffee in the big time,” like Ricky Steamboat. Wrestling fans would get the joke, for “the cream always rises to the top!” 🤼
