Hey Rene, you've inspired me today. In my 20s I used to run a gym. I ended up getting really unwell with Covid and then developed MS in 2022 and now have to use a wheelchair. My weight ended up getting out of control and I've felt like my life is just slipping away from me. Your podcast has been a real godsend and today you've inspired me to be better. 100% I'm going to follow up on this comment too and hopefully one day show you the changes 😀
Yes, I've been waiting for this. Anytime the show focuses on Fitness, it's been super informative. Really enjoyed the episode when you had the rehab physical therapist on, who also, an ex-wrestler. The episode was strictly about Fitness, and there was definitely a chemistry talk about what you love LOL
