The side thrusters on ship only have propeller on one side and can be either starboard or port side just depend on the ship i should know i have worked many years in shipyard.Gonna be nice build happy modelling.
Thanks for that info, I was wondering what condition this ship was kept in? Was there much rust and areas needing painting or did the crew keep it looking good? Cheers
@@OzScalemodeling As many rescue ships as this one hulls where made out of aluminum to make the ship as light as possible so you would not get much rust,When I worked in shipyard tugboats and rescue ship were painted regularly to have em look good. But if it was ship made out of steel you would get rust 100%
Hey mate. Looks like this will be an awesome fun build. I ordered from Icky Sticky last night. I bought the trial pack. Bloody great value. Will be watching this with interest. May have to start a stash (now I have 2 amazing ships waiting to be built) and this may have to go into it. Looking forward to our little project mate. See ya soon. 🤙🏻 yeeeew

Built this kit, only a few minor issues i had with gap filling
Thanks for letting me know about that "little " gap 👍🙄
It’s a pity Revel don’t put a cross reference in the main instruction book as to PE
I agree, that would help a lot.
Thanks for the video, well explained and detailed!, could you share a copy of the instructions? I lost mine 😔
I wish I could help but I am on holidays in Cambodia and Thailand for another 4 weeks. I think the revell website has instructions you can download 😉
I bought this model yesterday, but not the platinum version.whats the difference.
Thanks Dave
Platinum Edition includes Brass Parts and Photo Etch See my Unboxing and review ruclips.net/video/_K7hy_xk_Eg/видео.html Cheers 👍
