I used the GF 32-34mm. GFX 100S ll is a great improvement all around. I want it, but don’t need right now. The video improvement makes it a dream Hybrid camera. And, yes, I would shoot street photography with it
In the case of street stuff the way you use it I think you'd probably do just as well having an X-T4 or the X-E4. That said you're probably best to concentrate on your personal projects...
I love the GFX 100s and the Mamiya 7ll for street and personal work. I’ve been using large cameras since I started in photography, so ended got used to. What’s your favorite camera for street?
@@DiegoFabro I love the look of my Leica SL but it doesn't have a tilt screen, so I prefer my Fuji X-E4 for street and I always use a FF equivalent 50mm lens.
The GFX isn't overkill for street at all, not when you can do deep crops and still end up with a large file for printing. Even more important is the colour information is beyond anything FF can offer. Seeing this more and more when I watch GFX videos.
@@DiegoFabro I shoot Sony and love their cameras and lenses. However it’s clear that the colour depth of the GFX system is on a whole other level. That includes anything available from Canon and Nikon. What would really boost the GFX system is licensed 3rd part support from Sigma, Tamron and Voigtländer.
just got my gfx 100s for my studio projects and have tried some street / wildlife photographie with not great success yet. What are your settings when you shoot this type of images ? Thx for your help
For street photography I'm shooting RAW, aperture f/11-16, shutter speed 1\400 or faster, ISO 400-800, auto focus with preselected point of focus, white balance 4200-5600 K. Thanks!
Yes, a lot from the hip and auto focus. I preselect the point of focus based on the scene I’m approaching. I don’t find the auto focus slow. It works fine 90% of the time, which is a good percentage for street photography.

The Ricoh GRIII looks great!. The lack of flip screen function is a deal breaker for me though, very unfortunately. I think the 50mm is looking more appealing right now. Thanks for the recommendation and comment!
The Gf50mmF3.5 is lovely and makes the camera less noticeable. I have the 80, 50 and 45 lenses
Thanks Roger! Getting one soon
Hello. Thanks for your video. I was wondering how AFC is?
That camera might be a bit bulky for street photography, but damn...those shots look awesome!
Thanks so much Nuno! Appreciate
How about GFX 100S II ?
What kind a lens use these shots?
Thanks

@@joe2snj Yes, that is very true. I owned both GFX and Sony R4. Sony has some excellent third-party lenses from these lens manufacturers.
Nice review, my ears popped up at the mention of Dublin too.
Ha! Thanks Kim👍

great shots! they really tell a story!
Thanks so much Brad!
There is no such thing as overkill. This camera is great at pretty much everything except sports.
Hi, are you shooting the camera from your hip? How did you nail the focus with the GF camera which has slow AF? or your in manual mode?

What’s your setting for street ? Ty
Aperture f11, iso 200-640, shutter speed 1/400-800. Pro mist filter 1.4. Focal length always between 28-35mm (35mm equivalent). Thanks for watching!
Did you use GFX film simulation here?
No! Shot in Raw and made some adjustments in Adobe Lightroom

Esqueci de acrescentar o Instagram!! Valeu por lembrar! Abraco
Hi! GFX It's not pointless. You can also use 50mm lens, which is small and compact. But for me, Ricoh GR III (GR IIIx ) is more useful
