Not to worry, because Freddie and Fannie (taxpayers) are going to start giving out HELOC loans to bypass the banks that actually need to be repaid. People that are struggling but have a 3.0% mortgage rate will soon be able to tap into the equity in their home using Fannie and Freddie. Bought a home for $200K and allegedly it is now work $500K, our government is willing to give you $200,000 HELOC loan compliments of the taxpayers. Your credit score is irrelevant to Fannie/Freddie and the taxpayers. What could possibly go wrong with a plan like this? People that will use this program will most likely spend the money and when that money runs out, get ready for a waiver of foreclosures. Oh but wait, since it was the taxpayers that agreed to the loan, the taxpayers will have to pay for the home, and the person that took out the loan that claims hardship will most likely be given a 70 year mortgage and 1% interest rate in order to "KEEP THEM IN THEIR HOME." Does any of this sound familiar?

It's sad how many people took the jab. I'm one that didn't. I'm retired so was able to do a lot of research on it when it first surfaced. I discovered almost immediately that it was man-made genetically modified animal virus into a very contagious airborne human virus. I also discovered how long a normal vaccine is tested prior to releasing it to the public. I found out the pharmaceuticals who produced the vaccines were given immunity from any liabilities for a period of 10 years prior to them releasing their vaccine. And it turns out 10 years is the magic number of years vaccines normally have to be tested prior to release. Then came the mandates to wear masks whose packaging clearly stated they wouldn't block the virus. That might have been the clincher because I've always used the N95 masks when I do wood working and when finished and I remove my mask I'd still have to blow my nose to get all the fine wood dust out of my nose that made their way through the mask. This was proof positive for me because virus particle are microscopic compared to the wood dust that made it through my N95 mask.
Man-made gain of function virus , mandating useless masks, allowing big business to perform business as usual while shutting down small & family owned businesses. You were allowed in crowded stores but you weren't allowed to attend church.
Not coincidence that many nurses quit their positions in lieu of taking the jab.

    4. In each tote, put twelve 103 servings of pinto beans; six 51 servings of rice; seasonings.

28%-32% of the broke consumer not paying back debt because the burden is to heavy or they are laid off . 28%-32% of nothing is still 0%. And even the consumer gets bailout file bankruptcy and within 6-12months credit card offers come in the mail again.

It is enormously important that this is being covered up because it is an election year, although now every year is an election year. No safety net anymore. They even crippled the bankruptcy options for "regular people" during Obama.

The US government has over 30% of their bonds and Treasury bills maturing.
These debts and their interest payments are due btw now and end of 2024.
The worst part is that there is a rolling debt maturity of about 30% every year going forward.
That means the US has to find enough buyer of their debt (bonds and Treasuries) every year in the future.
Not only that, the amount will increase every year.
At present, the US collects just over 4 trillion from all taxes and forms of revenue, with their current debt interest alone at 1.2 trillion dollars every 12 months.
That interest repayment obligation is rising fast.
It's projected to be almost 2 trillion by the end of next year.
That's about 1/2 of all the money the government brings in yearly just going to pay the interest.
This week, China just unloaded 54 billion of their US treasuries holdings.
There are fewer and fewer buyer willing to hold US debt (IOUs in US bonds and Treasuries).
That's why I've told people (for years, don't buy US bonds).
The 10 year US treasuries are paying a few % in interest, so if anyone holds a US bond, they are guaranteed to be lossing their savings.
The interest from the US paper contracs does not even cover the increases in INFLATION.
Keep in mind inflation is a 12 months rolling figure, not 10 years.
You initial purchase of that bond or treasuries get eaten away very quickly in annual increments.
Currently, the US debt stands at almost 35 trillion with a T.
The US government deficit spending is over a trillion a year.
    That's just their deficit spending.
Add to that the (almost same amounts in interest) mandatory payment on their debt.
Their deficit spending is projected to be 2 trillion (every 12 months, and grow fast) in a few years.
At the same time, when the recession induces a economic downturn, the US revenue in taxes the government collect will drop significantly.
That = to a greater and greater portion of their income going to just interest payments on their debt.
Every cent of that deficits spending is going to be borrowed money.
Who is going to fund that debt?
They are already seeing a big drop in buyers coming to US bond auctions now.
I can't imagine many people stupid enough to line up and buy up more of the US debt going forward.
If these bonds have no buyer's, then the us government has to print more money to fund their debt.
That's going to mean another round and more severe inflation.
The average joe 6 pack on the street needs to get ready for more pain in their wallets.
Soon or later the US economy is going to crash.
I said a long time ago, the US government only has limited choices.
They are caught between the proverbial "rock and a very hard place"
    1. They can default (bankruptcy on a national scale) which won't happen.
No country that can print their own money with chose to declare default.
    2. Raise taxes dramatically. Won't happen because any government that does that will be voted out.
    3. Drastically cut spending. That won't happen either. The voters in a democracy will put a stop to that (to be sure).
And any spending cuts will further push the economy into a deep collapse or depression.
    4. Let their ballooning debt just inflate away.
    That means run away inflation.
It's going to mean great suffering and pain for the average person.
    But not for the government.
Government charges taxes by the total cost of goods or services rendered.
A percentage of the total bill.
The higher the inflation, the greater the total bill, and the greater the amount of taxes as a percentage.
It's a free windfall for the government.
    It's like finding FREE money.
These 4 are the most common options. With the #1 option being "de-basing the currency" (inflation).
By far, the most likely outcome.
Get use to hearing "print and inflate the debt (problems) away"
    --------------
    As for realestate.
Pretty much the whole world is in a realestate bubble.
The US, on an average is seeing a 30+ rise in inventory.
    It started in Apr.
The Canadian realestate board just came out with their stats.
The also show a sharp rise of 30+ inventory rise across the country.
Why are the supply going up all of a sudden?
Because so many people are "underwater" in a realestate jargon.
The term underwater means the loan owing on the property is greater than the appraised value of the property.
As more sellers panic to unload their debt, a further devaluation of realestate will result.
That means even more sellers panicking to unload.
It will be a vicious, self-fufilling cycle.
A buyer's market will be the result.
I spend a lot of time looking at the fundamentals everyday, even while I was still working.
I really don't understand how otherwise intelligent people don't do any homework in the biggest financial decision of their lives.
They totally depend on the hear say from others.
If they just spend a hour looking at the rudimentary facts, I think most people would come to the conclusion that the entire realestate market is fake and completely in a bubble.
People have to stop living in a fantasy/dream world. The gravy train will come to an end.
Most people are ignoring the facts in plain sight.
They will face reality soon or later.

So you can’t be broke for any reason that it isn’t your fault. Is it your fault if you got hit by a car and have brain damage and can’t get a job as a result?

@@TruthBeToldAlways100 is so then I am sorry for that but that is possibly 1 in millions.
As the National status quo for not having money and being broke its almost always due to personal irresponsibility.
There is nothing wrong with that if its your Choice. But its not anyone's fault and it sure isn't the Governments fault.
But in my instance I was homeless living in a car by myself for two years. And woke up and said enough. I have had it. And went to work. And put myself thru college and then dropped out. And still built three corporations, traveled the world and now provide houses for disabled and early dementia and alzheimers sufferers.
But it was a choice to do so and many years of struggle and hard work.
But good luck regardless of your sitiation..
