It is not a must that the documents has to send it through DHL. Instead they can use any other courier or poczta polska (which is the national Postal Service in Poland).

Not at all , Since you will be brought into a secondary screen where you will have to fill (after clicking the link in the secondary mail that you will receive from the E-Konsulat portal) . If you don't fill it within the specified time (say 24 hrs) , the request for an appointment will be taken off from the system and hence it won't affect your visa process at all

Yes, they do . Since the system will detect that the same information has been given somewhere else for that you might have to give a statement stating that you wish to work for one of the companies and only then will your work permit be issued

Its not necessary that you have to book a return ticket as there are no rules regarding the return however, it is recommended for you to have sufficient means of subsistence more than enough for a month of stay without salary and for a flight ticket back to your home country
It's highly recommended to go to the country that you got your Work Visa for at the earliest. Moreover, there is no such thing as last date of flight if you are applying for any type of visa in any of the European Countries

Dear Mam, I got a work permit from a Poland company offering warehouse job. I searched about the company and I realized that it has no physical existence as it has been registered on virtual address. In addition to that the owner of the company is owning 10 another companies, they are also registered virtually. As far as my knowledge the person is not from Poland. His name indicates that he is from Ukraine. I would like to know, whether this company is genuine or not. What is your opinion in regards to this?. Could you please share your thoughts on it? It would be so helpful for me if you do that.
Brother, it should be noted that any foreign national owning a company in Poland can issue any national (Polish or foreign) a valid work permit that too on a virtual address as long as they have a contract to back it up (Since there is no provision in Polish Law that does not allow up). From personal experience , we can tell you that there are a lot Ukraine Nationals who do call Poland as there home and there are a lot more who do have dual citizenships as well . Since you had mentioned that the said person has 10 more companies in a virtual address , make sure to check the business activities of those 10 companies if they are different , there wont be a need to be suspicious If It is of same or similar business activity under different names, you have every right to be suspicious moreover, I would also recommend you to check KRS (Polish National Company Register) of those said businesses for any complaints or any other suspicious activities . Also, check whether if your recruiter has a KRAS number which is a legal license that allows an Employment Agency to be run

If its so, you can apply for a second time as long as you don't get any reply in your mail after you had filled a Preliminary Application

For submission you must reservation return tickets but once you get visa u can fly with one way ticket
