i feel a little old saying this (i’m 21) but in my teens i did the same thing automatically and internally hated it because i couldn’t stop😭 it’s definitely because my mom had a “phone voice” while scheduling appointments & she always used the same voice with service workers or strangers. i still try to be sweet just care less now. and i now have more experience on how draining it is to work sometimes all day everyday.. so i try to dial it down and just set a relaxing tone.

i just recently got diagnosed with gastroesophageal reflux disease so watching trish eat all the foods i can’t is so helpful for me, feels like i’m eating the food she’s eating when in reality i’m just eating plain yogurt 😅

Apparently it is better for your digestion if you don't drink liquids until after your meal, but I can NEVER do that. I need my water and lots of it in between bites lol.
I see so many different claims and studies. Some say it’s good to drink while eating to help digestion but I’ve also seen it’s best to wait till after you’re done eating, and some say you shouldn’t drink any water for an hour or so after eating, so just do what feels best to you lol 😂

everyone, I'm trying to get this info out there because I think people would want to know. when patients are under general anesthesia, the surgeons, staff, students etc are allowed to do internal exams of their private areas if the patient hasn't asked to specifically opt OUT of it on consent forms. (and the staff can do this to patients even when the surgery is unrelated to that body area) this has been happening for a long time and people are only recently becoming aware of it. look it up, it's everywhere. you can find Shannon Vavich's vids about it too. sorry, I know it's not a pleasant subject matter but it's a truth I feel everyone has the right to be informed of.
