This episode is one of my favorites because it was the very first episode I watched when it aired on Showtime Beyond back in the early 2000s and then I started watching the whole entire series from the very beginning.
***** I believe the ONLY reason is being attracted to the same gender, plain and simple, nothing wrong, nothing more... The way people complicated little things, they have such small brains... :(
Mine too because this is one of my favorite episodes because it was the very first episode I watched on Showtime Beyond before I started watching the whole entire series from the very beginning.
Are we just going to overlook the fact that Jade deadass tested the Null Shield Generator by doing The Stunner on Lamprey? Fuck do I love this show...!
This is how you make an EPIC filler episode!!!! And this is how well written female characters are made! Great episode. Kudos to the editors and the people who selected the soundtrack!
I love how after the fight they're just standing there laughing while he's going "yup, this guy's dead too, like the bouncer who got shot right in front of me." Thousands of people die in this show without the characters even acknowledging it.
And here we have Lamprey's unceremonious departure from the series. It's obvious she didn't die here, but since the planned third season never happened, she just vanishes from the series altogether from here on out...
Me starting episode: "Girls Night Out"?! This episode is gonna suck! Afterwards: Holy crap! XD Also, the name of the song through the fight scene, PLEASE.

So a Ladies episode that started from a stupid spat that DIDN'T involve being mad at all the guys. . . . Ok so it was still started over a spat, it just didn't involve demeaning Graveheart, Cryos or Pyrus. Surprised it wasn't started by Femur.
This is how you do a filler episode. Nothing relevant to the plot happens, but opportunities are offered for characters to grow and bond. Also it is very fun/
Overall, it is a filler episode, but one thing happened that was very relevant to the plot... This is when Tekla gives Jade that data crystal, which Jade later on gives to Lord Mantel. It's very sad that, when Tekla finally bonds with Jade and trusts her with something so significant, the latter is compelled to betray them (even though she didn't want to).
Why do you think the reason that did they banned weapons at the Moon Over Mayhem? Rock joining The Alliance or Jade's last visit there. My money is on Jade's last visit to the Moon Over Mayhem
Either Lamprey didn't like getting crushed by the pool table or Lord Mantel didn't enjoy the foretelling of his death plus cremation with his picture being burned during the fight.

This episode went way harder than necessary in that bar fight 😂
"OooOo, bonding with the ladies! It makes me feel so .... macho."
This is, by far, my absolute favorite episode of Shadow Raiders!

Always funny when thinking about Jade as a lady! 🤣
I mean she technically is, but lol! 🤣🤣🤣

it is even better in French, because, minor and miner in french is the exact same word: mineur. Work so well.

Once again (the first being season 1 episode 11) this series taught me that if you need a filler episode, make it epic
Epic cartoon this is.
I wouldnt call it a filler episode considering they did kill Lamprey. One of the three main Villains.
@@emperium108 And it establishes a very important plot point of Jade's "Master Crystal" that will be used later.

Oh my god that was the best filler episode in sci-fi history.
"Period of Adjustment" I found to be pretty good too.

What will happen when two data crytal of jade and graveheart active at the same time ? 😮
What a funny way to take out Lamprey.

Lamprey died, that is relevant to the plot.
The data crystal and the force field generator are introduced in this episode. Both become important later.
Also as a smaller note. This introduces the forcefield generator which come up in two other battles.
I guess Slate's insurance premium went up... lol
14:00 Jade maternal instincts.
Why do you think the reason that did they banned weapons at the Moon Over Mayhem? Rock joining The Alliance or Jade's last visit there. My money is on Jade's last visit to the Moon Over Mayhem
They mention the place was totalled after her last visit... and policy was created after that,
I blame Jade.
The fun part starts at 17:58.
BAR rule is no weapon are allowed.
Probably due to Jade shooting someone in the bar
Hmhmhmhm Jade is my kinda party girl XD
The fact that “no weapons,” was a new policy made me wonder why that wasn’t originally implemented.
Jade happened.
I am CERTAIN that I missed this episode. There's no way I would have forgotten Pelvis' outfit.
Didn't think it was possible to make an outfit more flamboyant than his standard purple suit.
Poor pelvis 20:55

yeah right with the security... how many times was the battle moons stolen? i did lost counting...
still to many
Three times if you count when Graveheart and Jade took control in season 1 episode 2, when we are introduced to Planet Rock.
Is Tekla full cybernetic? I really want to help her repopulate her species.
Who the hell puts all their defense codes onto a removable key. That's literally the worst idea ever.
Well good for Femur (that was sarcasm)
'training rock lobsters'... like the song? hahaha
DEATH METAL!!!!!
I really REALLY have no clue how Lamprey even got on that moon.....seriously
Plot convenience. Be dull if she wasn't there. I'll let it pass.
Possibly Void smuggled her in.
Same way she sneaked onto Planet Fire in first season I suppose.
