Great info, nice video! The explanation is very easy to understand! Thank you for sharing about Contacts VS Glasses - Which is Better for Sports?!

Glad it was helpful! We wouldn't say one is better over another, just what works the best for the individual as it relates to their sport. Some folks can't wear contact lenses at all, while others have trouble getting their exact Rx values in a contact lens, resulting in better, but not perfect vision. Rx glasses not only provide perfect clarity for prescription wearers, but can be outfitted with contrast-enhancing tints, mirrors, and coatings that not only protect ones eyes, but improve performance for many sports & activities by boosting color and definition in ones outlook. There are still others who want the visual benefits of glasses, but prefer non-Rx lenses worn over contacts. The combinations and options are endless.

The only reason I wear contacts is I have 10 pairs of sunglasses and I love them all and it would be to expensive to get them all RX 😢😢

Totally makes sense! It's good to have at least 1 pair of Rx frames just in case you encounter an issue with contacts.
