I honestly think you should make an NCLEX review site online, the way you teach actually helps an average people like me to understand a high standard knowledge like EKG tracings in the most simplest way possible. Your teaching style is unique and also your voice quality is just right. Sometimes I think, why can't other teachers be like you? , I spent thousands of pesos for my tuition fee and hardly learn while I can just comeback here and learn even better for free.

Is it possible to have a mixture of either a bigeminy, trigeminy or quadrigeminy on one EKG reading?
I noticed that all the examples you used are either of the 3 but i just want to know if there are situations were there is a mixture of 2/3.
Thanks in anticipation of your response.

Hello! So far, I have not encountered a combination of those classifications. Although, I did see some strips where in it was intermittent trigeminy and quadrigeminy. Whether it is possible to have combinations of those classifications, I can’t conclude for sure.
