Where would you fish? We're in cavan. My 9 year old is mad to get fishing. All he has asked santa for is "fishing gear" we have brought him a few times from a the pier on Laken lake and all he managed to catch was a shoe lol
@@Chrissykelly16 if you go to your local tacjle shop they will suggest soem good spots for whatever species your targering...i wouldnt know much about cavan fishing wise but i heard great perch and pike fishing around there. Buy mainly rivers or canals but br a safe bet 🎣👊
@@mlmc8795 i noramlly leave them in the net to prevent them from moving the shoal off. I do find it makes a difference...if im walking on the bank for a while ill only leave them in for a few minutea then ill release them...but in this video i was right on top of a big shoal so i kept them in the net until i finished then i put them back.

Why stress them out in the Net if you’re going to release them
