I am from India. Vegetarian. 39 years old. Divorcee. No child. Last month I got a scan check up and it was found that I have fibroid 7cm attached outside uterus. I am walking daily 6am to 7am. But I feel I am losing weight not fat but body mass. I cant afford to go to gym. What should I do at home with simple equipements to improve the mustle strength. I feel weak since I am following 2 meals only intermittent fasting as well.
Weight training is a form of resistance training. Resistance training is a broad term for any type of workout where you apply force through a joint, that can’t be contracted for a long time without stopping.
Any type of external resistance applied to the body will give the muscle a stimulus, which upon proper recovery, will get bigger. Dumbbells, free weights, machines, and even Bodyweight training can build muscle, assuming there is demand placed on the muscle. So dumbbells work, in addition to basically any other exercise you can add weight to and progress in!

Not a bad idea. That would be a good idea to tie into a podcast, talking about the different aspects of fitness (specificity, overload, etc.) Thanks for the idea!
Based off your advice, I ended up doing a podcast on the 7 principles of fitness and health. I split up into 7 videos I’m posting separately. I have already posted this video: Progression vs Overload in Fitness Programming: What’s the difference? ruclips.net/video/nJTPQRCaLl0/видео.html A video on what progression is, and what overload is, will be posted within the next week on my channel. You can also listen to the full podcast here: How to Become the Fittest Version of Yourself: (7 principles of fitness and health) ruclips.net/user/livelosblEVPaq0?feature=share I appreciate your comment again, and hope you find value from these resources!
Both. But when you are first starting out, higher reps, lower weight is what I recommend until you build technique. Once you’re comfortable, heavier weight is great to build maximal strength
I love the way he answered at the first second video started without repeating the question just for the sake of recording 10 min video. ❤
Most of the FAQ videos (like this one) on my channel I try to make as succinct as possible! Thanks for the support (:
direct answer in least time. love the way he explained the things.
@@arifniyazi573 I try my best🙏 thank you

Any Bodyweight routine on RUclips for beginners would be a great start. Type in Bodyweight squats, lunges, knee pushups, and work from there (:
So? What’s the answer? Are they both the same?
