    These drinks help my mother who is elderly as she has difficulty eating solid foods my only complaint is the price, Ensure is not cheap I used to buy it from Walmart but now I order it on Amazon to save a few bucks.

      Swinging a certain height means nothing if you aren’t using your glutes and hamstrings.

      @@stickvortex you aren’t being harsh I’m responding to your statement. Your knees should be bent a tiny bit during this, but ultimately not that much because a kettlebell swing is a ballistic hip hinge. All I’m thinking about when doing this is squeezing my glutes as hard as I can and forcefully bringing the kettlebell forward

    i actually need it because i have anorexia and really struggle sometimes. i wont use it as a weight gain thing but as a meal-replacement. i’ll get it perscribed in 2 weeks. so in a way, it might save me.
