Swinging a certain height means nothing if you aren’t using your glutes and hamstrings.
@ Thats why I mentioned going down further in the knees. It’s literally the first thing I said. Anyway, maybe I’m being too harsh, you always modify the form to focus on specific muscle groups. Merry Christmas

Your knees should be bent a tiny bit during this, but ultimately not that much because a kettlebell swing is a ballistic hip hinge. All I’m thinking about when doing this is squeezing my glutes as hard as I can and forcefully bringing the kettlebell forward
