- A nice summer day take off at Charlotte Douglas Intl. Airport on my way to Miami. In the background you can listen to Charlotte Tower ATC (its 2-3 sec behind).
Notice the CRJ 200 taking off simultaneously on runway 18C.
Also watch the landing in Miami. We had some heavy thunderstorms going on during approach and landing!

That Panthers plane is cool
This plane was hauling ass. Reminds me of my US Airways flight from Seattle to Phoenix. Felt like my plane was a bullet. Lol! Nice video!
I felt like i was watching the benny hill show by how fast that plane was going
Bridget Murphy Now I can't get Benny Hill music out of my head LOOOOOL
very nice sir! I took a video of my departure out of atlanta about a month ago. very cool!
I love your videos.
best moment when touch off and touch down
out of all the videos I've watched, US Airways takes off like a, (well u know) almost faster than SouthWest Airlines! anyways great vid.
Nice video - that other plane taking off seemed to be doing about 5 miles per hour! Relativity of course.
I flew US airways once before they were brought by American airlines. My layover from Newark liberty airport was always in this airport before approaching Orlando.
Us airways bought American
Takeoff at 7:22
I’ve been on us air and that engine sounds that loud
When i left charlotte there were 17 planes ahead of us for take off. 😂😂😂
das a lot of US Airways planes there at that airport
How were you able to listen to ATC?
Zach Washburn ATCLiv e
what seat # was this?
FlyingWithCaptainJordan if it's aft of the wing, it ain't first.
is it just my imagination or is CLT building another runaway in between two existing runaway that i saw after take off?
They already build a third parallel runway a few years ago. CLT has a total number of four runways.
That will be Norfolk Southern's Intermodal Facility. Not a runway
What you're seeing is the intermodal yard, however, there are plans for a runway between the two existing runways, so far it's planned to be 12,000 feet long, the longest one at CLT to date and may start construction this year.
all x America west fleets
May of 2015 I wanted to fly from Charlotte to Columbia on a commercial flight. (Forgot the carrier - I fly a lot). Never again! Took 30 minutes to board, unaware why; 20 minutes to start taxi; 15 minutes taxi; 20 (TWENTY!!) minutes in line for TO. And a 40 minute flight. Last time I went from Charlotte to Columbia, I drove in 1:20.
Your videos are always GOOD.....but the audio stream >>terrible!!! :-(
That isnt an a321
Citren yea it is lol you can tell by the wing
