@@bobend9275 how do you know? There is no gps on these quads, it was not on radar. My 4S los freestyle quad is lighter than a fpv quad and mine does 105mph on 5s, BUT it takes longer than a second to get there (shown by black box acc data). So again, how do you know? Tia

The commentary on this laughably implausible video that suggest it could even be considered authentic demonstrates a fundamental lack of knowledge of basic physics - primarily that what is at rest tends to stay at rest, and what is motion tends to stay in motion. If you even COULD accelerate any amount of mass to that velocity in that short a time, (and, conversely, decelerate it) everything not part of the monolithic structure - namely, the struts, the rotors, the landing gear, the BATTERY (as it has the highest mass) - would simply be ripped the fuck apart.
You've obviously never raced fpv with a carbon fiber frame is very strong, depending on the quality you can crash drone at 150km/hr and only have to reattach the components and replace the blades. Say if that turn is at most 50G that is nothing compared to the impact acceleration that these are designed to handle.

That 10oz drone would instantly have the gravitational effect of almost 200 pounds on it - though since we're talking about make-believe here I'm sure that the ESCs and those puny rotors could handle it, not to mention the invincible airframe you mentioned. It's not your drone or your video, but you're clearly a subject matter expert, right? If this is legitimate, why isn't the content creator a trillionaire? You don't believe that the military would love to have this tech?
@@AzOppum I’m not a subject matter expert just an fpv racer who has crashed more times than I can count, 120 mph isn’t abnormal for aerobatic stunts like that 90 degree turn your talking about. The weight is way off, it doesn’t weigh 10 oz’s lifepo4 batteries can output a lot of power, but have low energy storage capacity. This drone was purpose built for making old people on Facebook either say fakeee or make other fpv pilots laugh and cry because they realize they can’t afford to build a gag drone that only flies for 15-20 seconds a charge. As for the acceleration on the turn, the equation for centripetal acceleration is v^2/r which is to assume that the drone doesn’t slow down, but it does it’s changing 180 degrees of direction (not 90, physics much?) any fpv pilot would know turning slows down the drone because your are changing your inertia. I think the point you’re caught up on is this is impossible, I would look at a few fpv forums dedicated to this and maybe build a drone for yourself, it’s a fun hobby to have.
