On RUclips it looked like an American company. I bought a printer. But it’s a Chinese company!!! Highly overpaid for a Chinees printer. My friend bought one 10 time cheaper in China. They didn’t deliver the materials I ordered and blame this to UPS. Now the Chinese company wants my passport number as well to start a claim against UPS. No Way!

@@mrstanlez Thats great, but not for $350 like you claim. Try $950 for components. Read the description. That also doesn't include time, labour (7 months) and residual cost. Unless of coarse you have an arc welder, grinder, chop saw...those tools aren't free. Try again.

Don’t think so. Metal isn’t on their list of materials for cutting or engraving. Only very expensive industrial grade machines seem to be the only ones that are able to handle metals.

no it has not been released yet and am loking forward to buying that so we can start making metal Aluminum CNC parts. with more powerful head. and they have not released the webcam for the module yet. hopefully they also add the Dual extruder. Version 3.0 wlll be exciting so i better that saving for that if they continue to do really well with this.

GoFundMe and Kickstarter are both furnaces for the money of the naive. If this was a genius idea with the appropriate amount of research, there would be a LINE of funded people and businesses to intercept it from Kickstarter. The only real requirement to be successful on a Kickstarter launch is to have a convincing advertisement, I've never seen a product from Kickstarter as polished as the promotional work that promoted it.
Did you not see the SnapMaker 1 release? It was just as beautiful as the promotional videos made it out to be and has a huge community even though it's such a tiny printer.
Before buying anything like this... remember, even MAKERBOT (with years of research and experience) can't put out a new model with any commercial success or dependability, you really think a Kickstarter team is going to be shipping you anything dependable...? Just think it through before spending your money folks. 👍
I don't buy into the all in one thing. I don't want to rebuild the machine to change its function. I want a separate machine for each function that is already set up. And even for the discounted price, you can buy separate machines to do these functions.
