Hi, I'm sorry i don't know the weight that i used. I have 1 trick that i usually do. Save all the animals that you're going to do, then print them all according to your preferred size and then cross check your fondant with the image as you go along.

Im not sure about the grams, i usually print the character exactly the same size Im making it, then compare it as i go along.

Uhm i don't really need to wait much. I use tylose powder to dry it up quickly. I only wait when i finish one part ex. (Head /body) but not per arm ☺️
