OK! Big success! We recently got an "air fryer" and the 7 inch diameter pan that fits in that is a perfect size for one pie. So we used a half recipe and from start to finish, including prep was 15 minutes. We preheated to 400°F, baked the crust for 7 minutes, took it out and added our toppings, and put it back in for another 4 minutes. Close enough to deliver a solid "pizza fix", and half a pie is about the right serving size for us. I lost over 100 lb after switching to an ultra-low carb selection of foods and have no interest in carbs now, so your guy's recipe was perfecto !! Thanks so much !!

I just found this video when searching for almond flour pizza recipes. Just tried it out and it's delicious. I noticed in the comments where someone asked why you used processed coconut oil instead of extra virgin olive oil. I went with the EVOO and it worked fine. I was initially worried that making 2 pizzas would make them too small, but they are plenty filling.

Since this video, I've learned to make cauliflower-crust pizza from scratch, using homemade sauce from fresh, sun-ripened tomatoes, and fresh basil and oregano from the garden. The 2 cheeses used were the only thing pre-made. It was a two-day process, but it was well worth it!!

I was not impressed. The crust has a cornbread texture and the coconut oil contributed a dessert-like taste. This would be a great substitute for cornbread, stuffing, or cookies - not for pizza dough. Noticed they did not provide close up footage of the pizza after it was done and eating it.

I thought this was a horrible recipe! Now admittedly, I happen to use 1 3/4 cup almond flour and 1/4 cup coconut flour, because that is what I had on hand. However, the crust was to me very, very dry, like eating sawdust. It needs some additional oil or something to keep it moist, and I noticed that some recipes call for melted mozzarella in the crust. I suspect that that's a better recipe.
