Does Recall feature have photo, video, audio, 'screen recording' graphic memory that we can recall? Can we replay and recall screen transition, audio, video and text..?
If you add AI & it is fully enabled all the time. I will move to macbook next time. Actually I'm moving anyway. The AI stuff is just so overblown. I don't need you to tell me what's on the screen I already see it.
The recent features like Copilot and Recall in Windows raise concerns about user privacy and data security. These functionalities seem to contradict Microsoft's claims regarding user data collection. For many security-conscious users, the closed-source nature of Windows further heightens these concerns. In security best practices, a "zero trust" approach is recommended for handling sensitive data. Unfortunately, Windows' current features seem to move in the opposite direction. This will lead many users including me to consider switching to open-source operating systems like Linux, which offer more transparency and control over user data. Sorry, but I can not trust the words from Microsoft about security and privacy since Windows is not open source.
999$ is very affordable price to the average consumer lmao, And about if Microsoft want to tap into the iphone market ? They tried and it failed with the Windows phones and almost unalive their Windows PC space with Windows 8 so nah they should stick to the PC software and gaming space with Xbox.
How much can you really trust that Microsoft is in this for the long haul? Up to this point history has shown that pretty much as soon as things get difficult Microsoft bails. At this point it’s best to be skeptical of what Microsoft is pushing here.
"We have a OS for everyone who don't like us snooping in their privacy on their pcs and want to shell out the money to buy a new pc or upgrade their pcs it's called Windows 10"
Don't know where you've been but it's always been like this. People hate the new OS stick with the old, and everyone upgrades anyway. At this point MS learn to ignore complaints.
I remember Yusuf as the guy who introduced Xbox One. The "Tv tv tv tv tv" guy. He is so connected to Xbox's HUGE failure (not his fault obviously), that I don't think he should be presenting any new microsoft product, ever. He does a good job, but all we can hear is "tv tv tv tv tv".
Recall is the most invasive product Microsoft has ever made. They say local and private, kind of like how windows 11 auto puts saved files into onedrive even if you didnt set it up. This ai will be optional to start and a forced update will make it mandatory.
User: "Recall is creepy."
Recall: I've seen you stuff you enjoy. You call me creepy?
Thank you for asking the last question for us all, windows phone fans.

$999 is affordable
🤣 Exactly, out of touch corporates.
If it used intel or amd chips it would start at 1400 dollars and less efficient.
Hence comparatively yes
200 dollars cheaper than Mac LMAO
We need Qualcomm on Framework laptops!
by "faster than a macbook a macbook by a long while" it better significantly outperform at least the base m3 macbook air

This sounds great for the 40 people on Earth who need to switch languages live in an Amazon chat.
Thats what men want… a fotographic history of what they were watching at night…. 😂😂
"it's private" - says the company that bought Github to train an AI on all the private closed source code in that platform.

I will advise you stop trading on your own if you keep losing. And i don't trade on my own anymore, I always required help and assistance
from my personal financial advisor
Welcome to the age of AI!
don't expect this to sell. It's botching the arm architecture in the worst way possible.
It is not welcome.
I encourage all who feel like me to take a stand.
And not be coerced and manipulated.
into accepting this.
the age of AI is coming
lol saying AI is only 1 year old is simply a lie
intel ?!

AI equivalent to self driving. Skull and crossbones

Did he lead that? I don't think do. You're thinking of Don Mattrick. They got rid of him.
