Lithonplus invests in the most innovative block and paver plant with REKERS machine type RS 4KV!

Lithonplus GmbH & Co. KG is a renowned and leading manufacturer of concrete products in Germany. More than 600 employees work at a total of 18 locations. Lithonplus is investing an amount in the double-digit millions at the Kleinostheim site - with the ambitious goal of commissioning what it claims to be the world's most modern concrete products plant, which will set new standards in terms of energy efficiency, innovation, employee friendliness and environmental friendliness. To replace two existing block and paver machines, a state-of-the-art block and paver plant was installed in Kleinostheim. The new plant was planned and realized in close cooperation with the selected main contractor, Rekers. At the heart of the new block and paver plant is Rekers' top model, the RS 4 KV block and paver machine with its many newly developed innovative units and production options. The most striking feature is undoubtedly the 90° rotation of the base and facemix unit compared to the usual transport direction of the production boards.
