Yay for a Mercari video!! I don't sell on eBay anymore, just Mercari, and I have been working on Poshmark, to not much avail so far! Great tips, thanks for sharing! I actually sent out a bunch of offers the other day on Mercari, and did make some sales, but I also think it helps with other listings because of the activity! I did the same thing on Poshmark, with no sales, and you're right, it really cuts your profit down after that shipping discount! One other thing to point out, in case you never noticed this...if you have offers out on Mercari, you can still delete the item if you sell it somewhere else. If you have offers out on Posh, you can't delete the item until the offer expires, so if it sells somewhere else, you just have to hope the likers don't buy it on Posh, or you have to cancel, unless you have a duplicate, of course. I sold something on Mercari a few days ago while an offer was out on Posh, and I couldn't delete it before 24 hours, so I tagged the person in a comment, that's really all I could do, and she didn't respond, which was fine, but luckily she didn't buy it either LOL
You’re right, that’s the annoying thing about Poshmark. Sometimes I forget to delete it after the offer expires, but I do like the fact that you can send out offers to likers in bulk on Poshmark

This is a workaround on posh when you have an active offer open and need to delete it bc it sold on another platform...edit the listing by changing the size, save it, and then edit again and mark as not for sale....done!😊
I’ve sent offers to multiple likers on different listings and no one has accepted or responded to my offers. Has anybody else had this problem or have any advice on this.
It’s kind of hit or miss. I just sent out offers again a few days ago and had no response. Other times I’ll have multiple sales. Stay consistent and you should see results
Try and send your offers on the 2nd and 3rd Fridays of the month when people usually get paid- that way you’re more apt to get sales from people wanting to burn through their paycheck I usually won’t send promos or offers if the Friday lands around the first of the month as people are paying rent and bills

Don't buy on Mercari anymore. Aside from the tax and shipping charges, they will also charging now for rip off Processing fee and Service fee. The total price will ended up almost doubled.
I've switched to Mercari because of the no seller fees. If Ebay would just implement that I would be on Ebay full time but I loose over 1/2 of my profits selling on Ebay.
@@crow4130 I was actually surprised. I had a buyer dispute with me trying to get the product I was selling for free plus their money back and eBay surprisingly protected me. The buyers negative review was removed and my rating went back up to 100%. I have also been with eBay for over 20 years and I have never sold a product that would be so different than what I described it to be. The buyer was trying to say that the item I was selling was different than what I described it to be. Essentially what happened is it left my house and got damaged with the shipping company. That's not my fault and I have no control over that. So I disputed their dispute eBay protected me and removed the negative review. I know that's not usual but until eBay gets rid of the fees the incentive to sell isn't there.

I have not sold anything on Mercari. I started listing there in August!! I only get the likes!! I will try your strategy, but some items I already discounted. Mercari seems very low dollar to me!!
