I think little Maxim has what my Mother always called a "nine o clock illness" as I would be sick until my sibling had gone to school and I'd managed to trick my parents into believing I was very unwell and then at 9am when there was no chance I'd be sent to school, I'd suddenly recover and start getting my toys out.

I’d hang on to that tractor a lot longer. New equipment is supposedly made where you are not allowed to work on the equipment (john Deere)

A trick with tractors that sit for a while is to place blocks under the frame so that if a tire leaks, the tractor rests on the blocks, and does not crush / destroy the tire. Once sidewalls are cracked, the tire is finished. Most tire flats are from leaky sidewalls and refurbishing the rims every few years is cheaper than replacement.

Here in the USA people hire flocks of Goats to eat the grass. Do you have any Farmers that live nearby that could have their cows or sheep or Goats eat your grass ?

beautiful château you have the work and upkeep must be labour intensive i used to look after holiday cottages so i know the work involved was hard enough without being a château

you could have battery operated equipment to remove lugs
I think your tractor is fine, it just needs some attention, maintenance and adjustment. Do you have a capable mechanic to service nearby?
I feel like the biggest snob, but I'm going to mention it anyway in case you find it helpful. Your 2 white pillows look like you're using hotel shams, which is perfect... but in that case they should lay on top of the blankets/duvet and spaced further apart. Then the orange pillows should be placed against them like you already do. It will give the bed a more high end look.
These are the videos I like most, I'm not complaining 😁 I just wish It was me getting the place fancy for guests. I'd even enjoy the mowing...
I think it’s a lady’s thing liking the bedroom to look comfortable and being stylish in our home designs . I don’t think it’s being a snob to give out a few tips. I thought the same thing.
Amaury, next time spray tire nuts a few times with WD-40 and wait about 10 or 15 minutes and then the rust will become soft. Try this it works.

Yes the automatic mower is doing his thing on the grass in the middle of the courtyard.
I could afford a night’s stay at Castle Ten Berge but I’m thinking about the price of the plane ticket from Arkansas in the US to Belgium and it’s difficult. Luckily I can watch you from here for now. ❤. I wonder could I stay if I volunteered to make southern fried chicken for your guests?

It would be so much easier to loosen the lug nuts If you can find a piece of pipe a few feet long wide enough to slip over the handle of the wrench . It will increase you leverage on the wrench enormously.
