THIS IS SO BEAUTIFUL. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE I CAN BUT THE TAB OR MUSIC SHEETS FOR THIS - BUT ARRANGED FOR ONE GUITAR? THANK FOR POSTING THIS HAUNTING PIECE OF MUSIC. WAS THIS THE MODERNIST PERIOD IN SPANISH ART?
If you can send me the sheet of this piece i will be very happy, I will try to make a piano reduction. I love very much Albeniz and i trying to find out every "tango" written by him. Bye, Cris
I got the score in a booklet form for one year now. Not sure, but I think I hear two guitars in this performance. The score is written for just one guitar. Parts in this performance (A, B and C) have two separate octave melody lines in octaves.......after the intro this performance has a 'high' melody line and after that the same melody is played but one octave lower. This is not written in the score, but it's just the same melody line played twice. So, no difference in octaves, but just the same part played twice. To me it seems impossible to play it the way it's played in this performance with just one guitar. Nevertheless it's worth while to play this beautiful piece from the book. I have a hard time to get it all in my fingers, but one day I want to play this piece in full.
Ok, no problem. Just give me about 10 days to return to my home town and I'll upload it in a web page so you can download it. I'll notify you when I'm done.
Thank you very much for this wonderful interpretation. It leaves me crying, speechless.

It's an arrangement for two guitars made by the Brazilian guitarrist Laurindo Almeida
