ingredients for Thai Lod Chong ( na vam)
1 cup of tapioca starch
3&1/2 cups of rice flour
12 cups of limestone water
ingredients for sweet coconut liquid
- 5 cups of coconut milk
-1& 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 tsp of salt
-1 tbsp of rice flour
How to make limestone water
1 qt of water
1/2 tbsp of white limestone paste
Mix it well and let it sit overnight so the Crystal's sink to the bottom. Then, use those clear water.

Yes you are right about the sugar part I prefer my sugar to be clear or with the coconut milk therefore your color will turn out much beautiful and the taste will be more satisfied
