Thank you for your videos I wanted to buy that suitcase as check-in too and I also have tickets with Qatar Airways thanks to your video I will now just get a Samsonite with Woven Polypropylene material hardshell instead of aluminum Qatar Airways I think if my experience is bad too I wont fly with them again I don't like how they treated you, that's already a strike 1 for me one more strike and I wont fly with them

I want aluminum luggage so bad but I don't want to experience huge dents. I wish they could make them dent proof somehow.
Best to only buy aluminum as a CARRY ON never check-in
Aluminum = metal
metal = dents
If you don't want dents buy plastic or textile suitcases 👍
Having hard shell will protect your valuables much better than soft shell however the hard shell will show every dings and scratches.
They did that on purpose
