Hey Brother , love the video as always , I am in the market for a new flashlight , however i am torn between the Wuben x3 and the Baton 3 , what are your thought??
I have a few olights of their bigger line. The seeker 3 pro, and the Perun 2.. but stream light has always been my edc. The micro stream and macro stream. The macro is my current edc and it always has issues with flickering, dying fast, dimming, etc since I have gotten it. The microstreams have been more reliable. I think I want to try an olight but can’t decide on the baton 4 or the warrior mini 3. What’s your opinion?
Great question. I too love the Streamlights, but I’ve had the issues with flickering on two out of three of them. So honestly I don’t use them. The Olights, however, are incredibly well-built. I have honestly carried the light in this video since I got it, and no flickering or anything and I have absolutely abused it. It’s tough and worth the money in my opinion. Thank you for your question! Appreciate you watching.
Hey man, great video im thinking about getting a knew torch and im deciding between the perum mini 2 vz the baton 4 not including the charging case. Thanks
I’d still take the Baton 4 honestly. It’s been my favorite light since I got it. It performs very well and it’s so tiny I can basically take it anywhere.
Oh I’d say they’ll last longer than that if you take care of them. Hard use? 5-6 years. But light use could get you 15 years I bet. These are quality, thick aluminum, and the only thing that would burn out would be the LEDs in the lamp assembly.
@@LandmanEDC Good deal. I was thinking that as well, hopefully and perhaps it might need a new rechargeable battery at some point even with light use over that many years. Maybe not who knows..
The improvements you mentioned have all proven to be accurate, with the exception of the button. Way, way more difficult to use than the raised silicon switch of previous editions. If it ain't broke, don't fix it!
I’d have to disagree with you one that, but I want to say that the new button is what I prefer, not the raised silicon. To each his own though, I greatly just like the new button better. But you make a good point!
Can anyone tell me if the baton 3 or the baton 4 accidentally switch on while in the pocket? i am planning to get one of these two as a gift to my Gf but i really want to know if their switches are susceptible to accidental activations. thanks in advance
@@LandmanEDC Thank you very much! These things are the things that no reviewer can answer but people that been using them. It makes or breaks a light in my opinion and any light that needs to be locked either mechanically or electronically is a huge no no in my book. Thanks again
Let me know what you think of the Baton 4!
Very cool, I haven't bought many Olights... I've had a couple of their tiniest ones break on me... but this one really gets my attention.
If you haven’t bought any in a while, now is the time to absolutely jump in. Thanks for watching!

Both great lights. But the Olight Baton 4 takes the cake for me. It’s so nice and small and that charging case is sooo good.
Great video, thos torches look amazing.
Any one of them would be great to EDC. Thanks for your comment!
they should make the lid a frosted/clear diffuser to use it as a lantern.
Agree!

does it save the brightness level when swiched off and on?
Yes!
How’s the build quality on the product?
Excellent. Very solid. It’s very small but very well-built.
Can’t find the runtime/lumens for strobe mode. Anybody know?
What is the life expectancy of these lights? 5,10 years?

@@onedirection3510 You are correct. The battery will be the first thing to go but luckily that’s easy to replace in these.

@zampination Hey! I have both, and neither one, especially the 4 because the button is a bit more recessed, will turn on accidentally in your pocket.

@zampination You are welcome! I DID try an A5-size notebook in there and it DOES fit.
BATON 3 WAS 3.7 CHARGES.
What do you mean by that
I ordered all off the colors. And then a bunch of other stuff :( me wallet hurtz
Hey at least you’ll have some great lights - and backups!
