For the rhode lip I heat it up in a hot bowl of water so those bits melt. I think its the shea butter freezing up but warming it up works :) hope that helps!
For the crunchy side of the lip treatment Hailey said in one of her RUclips video that is was because of the transportation. Apparently she had problem with consistency of the product because of traveling between cold and hot. 😰
